Hello Beachwood families, 

As we turn the corner into spring, our school continues to stay focused on learning and growth. This time of year is always exciting because we begin to see just how much progress our students have made since the fall. Classrooms are full of hard work, curiosity, and perseverance as students continue building their skills each day.

With the spring STAR assessments and the Smarter Balanced Assessment right around the corner, our students are preparing to show what they know. While these assessments are just one measure of learning, they do provide an opportunity for our students to demonstrate the knowledge and growth they have developed throughout the year. We are proud of the effort our students put into their learning every day, and we are excited for our bobcats to show the world what they are capable of.

One of the most important ways families can support student success during this time is through consistent attendance. When students are at school each day, they benefit from instruction, collaboration with peers, and the routines that help them feel confident and prepared. Every day truly matters when it comes to learning.
